Online Order Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Products
   All items are printed on demand, made just for you at the time of order. Because each product is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or preference changes.

2. Returns & Refunds

   For *approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds or store credit will only be issued once the returned item is received in unused condition and accompanied by the original invoice or order number.
Please package returns carefully and include your contact information so we can process your refund promptly.

3. *Damaged in Shipping
   If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll open a case with our print partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved — shipping carriers may require it for inspection.

4. *Misprints or Production Errors
   If the print, color, or placement is incorrect compared to the item ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the defect.
   We’ll verify the issue and coordinate a replacement or refund through our print partner.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
   Once a package is marked delivered, we are unable to replace or refund orders lost or stolen after delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure at checkout.
