​We’re committed to helping you keep your space vibrant, seasonal, and thriving. Our Return & Refresh program is designed to reward ongoing care and encourage sustainable planting. Please read the following terms carefully.

Eligibility for Return & Refresh

• After your perennial plants have gone dormant for the season, you may return the entire grow bag to us for a discount on your next one.

• The discount offered will range from 10% to 20%, based on the overall condition of the returned plant material and grow bag.

• If you'd simply like to refresh or replace your container at any time, you're welcome to bring it back and receive a discount on a new one—no dormancy required.

Non-Care-Related Returns

• Containers or plantings that have died due to neglect, improper care, or failure to follow the instructions provided on the care tag will not be eligible for a discount.

• However, you may still return the grow bag to us for proper disposal or reuse as part of our sustainability efforts.

Important Notes

• Discounts apply only to the purchase of a new grow bag at the time of return.

• We reserve the right to assess plant condition and determine the appropriate discount tier at our sole discretion.

• This program applies only to containers originally purchased from our shop and returned in a complete and reusable condition.

By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the discount is conditional upon plant condition and care.
